Day 1: After having unpacked my luggage, I rush to the beach in the late afternoon. While I’m swimming, I spot a girl picking up some small kind of seafood in the wet sand. well, discos present some advantages: lots of choice, no hassle from girls and sometimes you can meet semi-pros. Of course, you don't have to pay barfine, but it's not the main motive. The main is that nobody jumps on you when you get in, which is usually the case in bars. I like to choose quietly.

Not much change from last time. Tiger disco and Tai Pan seem to be the most popular spots, but not before 12pm-1am. Tiger disco now charge 220 THB (2 drinks), and also try\ied to charge for my Thai girlfriend. So you guess which of the two is my preferred place.
Quality of most girls vary from medium to ugly, but with some time and motivation, it is possible to find rather pretty girls. The first week I was with my friend student who had a short holiday. After she went back home, I finally found a young 22 years old girl who is on "holiday" in Phuket (you see what I mean...). Anyway, although her face is only 7 (a bit too large), her body is worth a full 9 on all parameters. Her tits look so perfect that you may think they are fake untill you touch them. Sweet and nice and a bit too shy as she seems to be a real non pro. Definitely better than all what I have seen before, so I decided to spend the rest of my staying with her.
PS My ratings are rather after Asian standard rather than western standard.
PS 2: If you need a travel agent in Phuket, don't hesitate to consult many before you buy. For a shutlle to the Airport, price variation was between 170 and 300 THB! For a OnetoGo ticket to Bangkok, between 1800 and 2200!

I found One-Two-Go to be the best rate when I was looking for a flight. Air Asia is good too, but I found their plane to be more cramped than One-Two-Go, plus Air Asia charged me extra for the weight of my luggage, where One-Two-Go did not. Either one is ok though...
To those who don't know - If you find yourself in the position of booking a flight while in country, look around a bit before you buy. One place might charge you 2500 - 4000 Baht and around the corner you could find a rate of around a 1000. I had a TG help me find my place to buy.
Note to el Frances. I like Banana out of all the discos. I especially enjoyed the band that plays nightly outside, in front of the club. I spent quite a few nights there just relaxing and listening to the band play before I made my way inside.

I also One-Two-Go, it's cheap and quite comfortable, and low inconvenients for checkin-in, boarding, etc... If you book on line it's 1600 THB, but I don't trust on line payment from Internet Cafes. I found 1800 THB in a travel agency, but you get the ticket only next day. You can also book by phone and pay at seven eleven (50 THB charge).
Banana is also nice but it is rather small and tends to be overcrowded when it gets late. My favorite place is Tai Pan because you can just get in, have a look or a drink, get out, without necessarily having to consume two drinks as in other places.

My GF has gone back to Chiang Mai, so I have a few days available for new experiences!
I went out last night and tried Tai Pan and Tiger Disco. Tai Pan has a better singer than before in the band, but seemed very quiet for a saturday night.
Tiger disco charges now 240 THB (drink coupons) and you can send your TG to take extra drinks at seven eleven. It seems the DJ is better than before. Of course it is overpacked with girls (rather from midnight).
Again, the expert eyes (I'm talking about me, stupid!) knows how to distinguish the fresh girls on "holiday" with a firm body, from the worn out regulars. I gave her 1200 THB for ST because it was such a nice GFE.

This time only five days in Phuket after a few days working in Bangkok.
Day 1: I have a look around at night in Bangla road and other places. It seems many girls have left since last time in March, and the percentage of pretty girls seems to be lower.
