Dear all,
I have been told by my ex TGF that she works in Tops Property which rent or sale many resort / hotel room to foreigner, she said that they have a lot unit in Phuket, Phanga, and Patong. Is this true? I am not sure, due I cannot contact her anymore (perhaps she change her mobile phone number or even married). I am not comfort to introduce my potential buyer as never heard about this property agent or developer. If Tops Supermarket I will more believe :p

I have a Property Company here in Phuket, but have not heard of Tops. Not to say that is doesn't exist, as there are so many new companies opening here....too many!

You know there is so many property agents in Thailand. They are like cells they split and open new once. As soon as they know how it works they open a their own and the more the cell split the less they know about anything. Sure there is plenty of houses every where in Thailand. You do not need a diploma nothing to sell houses or condos. Its a good deal to rent service apartments, they get the first rent for a years lease thats is in some cases 90 000 THB. But Jazz is ok
