Hmmmmmm a couple of members had god luck just passing by and dating these TGs. Some of them University students....they got a f_ck at their hotels as well.....what about Centre Point in Siam Square? just walking distance from MBK....you may give this place a try....
Fl are almost everywhere. It is difficult to say who is who while in Shopping Malls till you at least exchange some sights, maybe a wink, etc....just take it easy and proceed slowly. Just my opinion....Cheers!!

I just followed the link and read the old thread. SteveS said, "I was at the MBK shopping center. I picked up a young girl on the second floor (outside the information counter) near the belt. It was on the bridge over Phayathai Rd. I was there for about 45 minutes and I would just say "Khun..." until one college girl came over. I asked her several questions like where does she go to school, etc. And then I asked her if she can come to the hotel for a private conversation."
I don't get the "Khun" What was that? A pickup line? He was pretending to be a lost tourist, or what?
Please, a little help for the still newbie if you will.

SKIP,
"Khun...." is the polite way (prefix) in Thai language widely used to address the person you talk to. You say first "Khun" followed by the name, despite if the person is a "she" or a "he"....
Is this what you wanted to know friend?

So, do we just wait over there........and say "Khun" to the TGs until we get response?...........sounds like odd.....how do we distingush the normal girls and the ones who would like to provide service?....

yep mr. joe must be a very ignorant person doing this that way in thailand. i for myself would be to shy and ashamed addressing all the girls in mbk that way. besides the fact i never picked up a girl in mbk, nor was i aware that there are some fl around in mbk. i am sure the management of mbk wouldn't like this to happen on their premises anyway.
i do know of some guys scoring girls who are around there for shopping, but they do speak fluent thai and one normally needs a bit more longtime approach there then the odd ST.

Been hearing about it for ages...
Am I to understand that MBK and Siam Square mall are near each other? Same Skytrain station?
I went to Siam Square during my first trip to LOS and had enjoyed walking around and people watching...

MBK = mah bun krong. it is indeed next to siam square. beware of pickpockets. it is otherwise an interesting shopping experience.
