So, what can be done if anything after you’ve made a total ass out of yourself? Let’s say you cuss the girl out big time, call her country a third-world sh_thole and say everyone here is nothing but an asshole. That about takes losing face to an extreme. She really freaked out, said “why don’t you jump from balcony” after telling me talking to her that way is abusive. “We no meet no message anymore.” “Please go away, Bye.” Yes, I should have known that losing your temper never leads to anything good here. Sometimes, it’s just so hard to take the Thai laid back attitude. The only thing I can do is send her an e-mail. Is it possible to beg for forgiveness? Maybe, I should just jump. I’m hurting so bad I haven’t left my apartment in days. I’m not a tourist, I live here and she’s not a bargirl. Her family is pretty well off so it’s not like I’ve ever given her money. I stopped calling after she threatened to change her number. For you people that live here and in relationships, you know how tough it is always being the outsider and second to friends and family. From what I know of these people when it’s over it’s over no going back. I would try anything to get her to see me again any advice would be appreciated.

You forgot to tell her how much you detest Buddah but apart from that you burnt most of your bridges back to her good books I'd say.
You haven't said why you went off the deep end. I've never gone as far as you did but I think you deserve all that you're feelin' so far. My advice FWIW, would be to take a few more days to think about why you did what you did then decide if you could ever carry on a relationship with a person that you just slagged off bigtime. I assume you were sober otherwise you could say you were drunk and you don't remember a thing!
Personally if I lost it like you did I wouldn't even bother thinking about getting back with her. What's the point, it would never be the same again and both of you know it! Move on, get another girl there's lots out there, so I'm told!

I'd say it's probably salvageable depending how much she has already told her family and friends about you. Most relationships usually are. I have had my TGF walk out on me at least twice for really stupid reasons, and said that she didn't want to see me or talk to me anymore. She wouldn't talk to me at all but eventually I wore her down and convinced her otherwise.
Be prepared to do some serious ass kissing and explaining how it was all your fault and how you were all wrong. And so on.... Move quickly. The more time you give her the less chance you have.

With due respect GATOR420 mate what windydeath said was a bit more than a "stupid reason". Telling a Thai that their country isn't the best place on Earth then proceedin' to say that all of her countrymen and women are less than the best people that you've ever met, is a hanging offence IMHO. The Thai ego is very fragile at the best of times in my experience.

Stand by your words, every one of them but signalize that you are willing to take her back despite all her short-commings, those of her country and those of her countrymen, because you are a really nice guy and not one to bear grudge.
I recently shocked my ex-wife's family by turning up together with her and our son - they were all confused as you are supposed not to talk to each other - ever - after breakup.
I was just there and that was it.
Admittedly, this is Singapore but the same attitudes of saving face exists.
