I have been in the most rural remote parts of Thailand.
They all, well 99% have Tv.
The transfixation, is life is so hard and demanding (work)
No energy to watch much at days end.
Soapies are huge.
The channels are limited to 2-3 sometimes 4 in these parts.
Its actually a good sign if she is keen on Tv Cable.
Means limited experience with punters.
After a year or two flicking through the channels, its just the soaps that they will watch in Thai.
I particularly think most woman world wide watch too much tv.
