Friend of mine stayed at pathwan princess which is part of MBK. He picked up 2 different girls at two different time. One at KFC on second floor. She was a cashier and didn't mind to go with him for 1000 bath.
Second was on the 4th floor across the food court. There is a shop who sells fake armani and diesel jeans. Sales woman was smiling all the time while he was trying different jeans and he end up asking her to go with him and she said yes for 3000 bath. She was only 18 years old. So yes it is possible to score in MBK with some charm and without getting any shy.

not quite topic-related, but in that hotel, pathumwan princess, there's a really good korean restaurant where you grill your own meat. you'll smell like shit for the rest of the night, but damn...it's delish.

Very good pick-up place for girls is 7th floor, where the theatre is. The only thing is not to be shy. Play it cool and funny and you'll succeed.

Pinga, Yes that answered my question (apologies for the long delayed response) and sincere thanks to MrJoe and Griffin for pointing out the crudeness of the approach.
The last thing I want to do when in LOS is insult the host culture and perpetuate the stereotype of farang as pillaging barbarians run amok. There's just too, too many candy stores in LOS, and too much ease to engage the charms of LOS, making such crudeness unneccessary.
