I live in Philadelphia, PA USA over 1 million people here and many more in the suburbs. As far as the night life scene, I've been all over, lo-so to hi-so and I have NEVER run into any places where women go and pay men.

i've also seen on Japanese TV about male escorts & seem to be very popular in Japan.
