Unfortunately you have said some things you can't take back and they will upset some people that are on your side with regard to your opinions. However you obviously were upset at what I said, so much, that you did not think about what others black members who actually support you may feel, yet another testament to your true intelligence. I've had to take my time wording this post correctly. I am sure some are going to twist my words around, but for the most part, I think I've tried to convey my opinions in a clear manner.
First off,
I am taking the stance the money means "it's a job and I am going to get mine, no matter what I have to do. Lie, cheat, steal, con, ect." Under that description, I disagree that bg's are only looking for money. Can't prove this, just my opinion.
Society and unfortunately Thailandís weak economy put the females in a position to have to sell their bodies to make some sort of a living. I am sure they that are looking for a way out and marrying or being sponsored is a good way to get out of the business. Any female that does not want to get out, you have to worry about. Does that mean that they are only looking out for money?? NO. I am sure they would prefer to be with someone they love and like that can provide for them.
Do many go with customers because they like the customer and not because of the money??
Talking with some working females which in no manner is a demographic pool for a poll, but ....... they were willing to give up their 60,000 - 200,000 baht per month income and marry or have a bf that makes less, but that they can be with. This is why they will go with some customers either for no money or less money then others. They need and wanted the company more then the money. They do not sound like money-grubbing individuals.
Of course, you can say I'm naive, and that they were just "playin'" me for a fool. But, I believe what they said. Sure, there some working females are only in it purely for the money and will do what it take go get as much of it as possible.
I believe BK and Toto said it best. When sponsoring a working Thai female, it's not just about the money, but the time you spend with them. So, if you can only commit the money and not time, then don't do it.
Secondly,
I am not sure how many of the members are Asian, but providing for one's family is very high on the list of things that is expected. Right up there with ìrespectî. And, the females are suppose to be the ones that physically take care of the family until they are married. The males roll is to provide the bread for the table. Can the female provide the bread for the table, of course she can. Do the roles many times get switched?? They most definitely do.
In Thailand, it seems like the female is expected to carry both those rolls, which I am sure is extremely difficult to manage.
Particularly in Asian culture, When you marry the family comes with it on both sides.
Thirdly,
In my opinion, any member that talks trash about another members family (including wife or gf),race, and/or religion has crossed the line of being objective and decent. There is no reason to ever comment about another members wife or family. Members that do so are just asking for trouble. Oh yes. I am sure many say, how can you find me and what are you going to do to me. Well ... let me just say that I am sure you do not want to find out what that other member is capable of doing. And that is not a threat from me. I'm harmless, but just look at the world and what crazy things are happening. But .. beyond pissing a member off, why do it?? Makes no sense??
