I agree with asiabreastman: D-cup is the minimum.
Chest size (36", 38" etc.) is a meaningless number popularized I think by girlie magazines in the 1960s. For instance, a girl can have only a 34" chest measurement, but also have DD size boobs that make her absolutely spectacular.
I always spot at least one non-working stunner at the weekend market every time I go there.

We are on the same page. I had a long relationship with a Phillipino who measured out 39" at the fullest, but she was only 4 foot 10 inches tall and had a 24 inch waist. If she wore baggy clothes to hide them, she looked fat. So since most women don't want to look fat, she wore tight clothes. Conversation usually stopped when she entered a restaurant followed by Holy #@*&! She wore a 32 DD bra which was stretch to the max. She wanted to hold them in.
The gal I mentioned from Pattaya was about 5 feet tall with a 39 inch chest. I only saw her a few times, but she was definitely a DD at minimum (she wore a stretch bra with no cup size).
Most the really busty Thai women I have seen were in shops, walking through shopping centers, or walking down the sidewalk. Have only seen a few in bars.

Queens Castle in Patpong has them. There are quite a few of them and being a breast man myself I made note to return to the place (but never did), right at the end of all the go go's as you pass corner, Kings II, I and then you hit Queens corner. Freelancers for some reason have more of the attributes I am looking for because the gogo's (especially in Bangkok) tend to employ the slim white skinned females (by and large but there are exceptions). I have seen more big breasted females in the freelance venues than I have anywhere else. Angels disco and the Nana parking lot have been good to me in that regard. The fishbowl in the Grace comes to mind also but I passed because I don't like MP's. In Patpong also at Kiss GOGO there was a DD maybe E cup half Thai/Canadian). There was a waitress there that was a full Thai and a DD. I was freakin impressed with that place. I was squeezin titties for a half hour. In Pattaya they are there too because of the sheer numbers but I don't remember seeing anything in a certain venue, they are spread out.
