Maybe you have a TON of experience in Thailand, I don't know. ÝBut I PROMISE you, Thais are VERY class conscious, and will INVARIABLY know, regardless of dress, if the girl you are with is a BG. ÝAt this point, even *I* know. ÝIt's just one of those things, and not all that mysterious. ÝUnless you're Rex Harrison to her Eliza Dolittle, and have worked on it a LOT, it will be obvious.

Actually, I sort of agree with you about the BG recognition, which is one reason I recommended Queens Massage. They definitely have some girls who have never been into the BG scene and some that speak pretty good English.
Given that Kargo has only 3 nights in BKK, itís a tough situation.

BTW - BGs generally would rather sit around a hot, cramped apartment, and eat on the floor, with friends who are 'jai dee', than go to a 'beautiful', air conditioned restaurant, where they will feel totally out of place with some farang who is lost in his own world of illusion, IF IT WEREN'T FOR THE GIANT 'ATM' SIGN ON HIS FOREHEAD.
Learn to walk the middle path, smile, and don't take yourself so seriously.
As has been pointed out, three days is precious little time in which to construct such a far-fetched illusion as the one you are after.
On the other hand, maybe YOU will be the first to conquer the land, coerce the Thais into seeing/doing things YOUR way...

Just kidding, I've been lurking here long enough to know

Only issues are, I want to go to that particular restaurant and am selfish enough to want to take a
female with me.
Really I am sensitve enough not to want to put a BG in a
miserable situation and greedy enough that I want to

I think Thais DO know - at least they all insist they do. Of course, they could be fooling themselves like those of us who reckon we can always spot LBs. You know - we spot the ones we spot, and just assume we're right about the ones we don't spot.
Quite how they can be so sure about office girls, students etc dabbling in P4P part-time has never been satisfactorily explained to me. When challenged on this, there's a strong tendency to pull rank - believe me, I'm Thai, I KNOW.
Whatever. I don't think they care especially, so long as everyone behaves politely and is tolerably discreet. The idea of a guy consorting with prostitutes is hardly some shock-horror revelation.
What they do seem to find bizarre, though, is a farang publicly flaunting a girl who in their eyes is obviously miles beneath him in the social scale. Reactions can range from amusement to contempt, according to taste. A middle-class Thai guy would never do this. He might be more than happy to swan around with his upmarket mia noi, but he bangs his Isaan farmgirls in private.
I hasten to add that as egalitarian Westerner I don't find this one of the more appealing features of the Thai mentality, but it's the way it is. As often, you need to find a way of accommodating yourself to Thai values without giving over your own.

BGs come in many different formats, thank the Lord - it's just a matter of finding horses for courses, and it's really not that difficult. Sure, most BGs will be a lot happier on familiar turf downing their favourite nosh. On the other hand, a GC girl or MP model who prides herself on her ability to 'do international' may not be very impressed if you dump her at the nearest noodle stall. Some of the GG girls are like that too - they've gone to the considerable bother of learning how to play it upmarket, and that's the game they prefer.
Then again, as HS says, there's a big difference between a 'first date' and how you can handle a BG after both parties have relaxed into a personal relationship.
