Here's a miniguide to IRC fun.
Get mIRC it's the best. pIRCh sux.
Connect to any server in the preset list. You'll probably go through them all if yer a big horndog.
type /list to get a list of active channels. Might be thousands on a busy network so may take awhile.
Sort that by channel name and look for Thai, Bangkok, etc. OR rightclick the list and use List Options to filter for key words. Turning off hide non-alphanumerics and hitting Apply will also show you channels with Thai names and whatever else language your computer has fonts for.
Then just join rooms and ask if any girls who want to speak in English to send a private message. Expect to get kicked a lot.
