I can tell you now that like alot of western men, i accept bareback bjs as par for course, but i was recently suprised to hear in the world health study , that it is not as safe as i first thought. Thai woman are fatalistic, correct, and to a large extent, unaware that semen ejaculated into their mouths(even briefly) if infected can create problems for them, hiv included. Oral gaggle is not absolutely going to stop the millions of sperm from at some point in the mouth infecting them. Its lack of education and the (tip) that gets them interested in it as much as us. If you know your sperm is clean, than its still not risk free. Appearntally sperm from a previous bj can enter the head of your dick in their saliva in a millionth partical base, even dead its its able to infect.( though the figures there are slight. The other HIV FACT that concerned me was that if she has it and alot of her saliva is present there is a one in 60 chance that she will pass it to you in barebacking..As opposed to a one in 23 that if you have it she will get it....And i always thought it was safe....food for thought...

Agree on the first part, not so sure if it's selfishness in the perjoritive sense, but maybe something less concrete, and more emotional...which is, after all, the part of all of us we have to take care of.
Oh, I definitely mean it in the pejorative sense. It wasn't a matter of it being inconvenient for her, she wanted to do it. I don't know all the variables she took into consideration, but somehow she did a quick calculation in her head and came to the conclusion that this was worthwhile for her to do. I'm sure she primarily wanted to do it because I was a good customer and very jai dee; she wanted to make me happy. She also İcertainly would have received a very good tip for this extra service (mostly because I knew she wasn't expecting one).
I made the decision that was best for me, not for her.
On the other hand I have no problem sleeping in my luxurious hotel, the building of which risked the lives (and almost certainly damaged the health) of many, many workers. I don't deny the hypocrisy in that.

This is another very confused post. I'm not sure anyone has been saying that BBBJs are safe for the girls. They are, however, much safer than bareback intercourse. More importantly it is very, very difficult for the guy to contract HIV from oral sex performed on him (which means he is subjecting the girls to even less risk if that is his only bare sex).
Are you actually saying that if the girl is HIV positive that she will pass it on through BBBJ 1 in 60 times? I don't believe that at all and think you've misread something.

not so, it was a document that concluded that risk factor exists, for both parties (obviously more so her) semen swallowed could be accounted for the figures i suspose, as i privately agree it seems far fetched to me> however they insist that saliva can in small instances passed into the head of the penis infect.

I'm not saying there is no risk, just that I think it is much less than 1 in 60. Can you give us a link to the document you're referring to?
Every document I've seen has shown the risk of getting HIV from receiving a BBBJ is minimal. If you have cuts on your penis (or other STD), especially if the giver has open sores in the mouth or bleeding gums, then your risk is not insignificant.
If you can't back up your claims with a web site, then please stop passing on what appears to be very bad (and definitely misleading) info.

It appeared in the australian newspaper, sometime ago in the form of a warning that a study in sex workers, that perform oral sex have increased infection rates, than previously thought......i assume asian countries. The article quoted world health authorities....peace

If you're going to contradict well established statistics and guidelines then you should have more substantial references. People spread all kinds of misinformation on the net from stuff they think they read in the newspaper (or heard from a friend who is a doctor).

look this information isnt intended to scare, the WHO(WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION) has a web site...click on to hiv and reports....its really a new report there that indicates that previous beliefs on oral sex, are not so...../.tell you what i will find it for you.
