Married almost two years to my TG. I'm sure I'll mess it up for both of us sooner or later, meanwhile I have never been happier.
If I went home today and found the house sold, the bank accounts empty and a note saying "Fat pig I return my Thai husband" - I'd still rate this as the best tenfold of my three marriages (...and that "property settlement" my best ever to). Enjoy.

MTK, thank you for the compliment, though my actual conversation is probably limited: the only things I feel like I can talk any sense about are those areas in which I'd committed tons of painful mistakes myself for years upon end! 555
Glad to hear of so many happily married people and how you all discuss it. I can see that "happily married" life is clearly not a plateau or level you reach and all's well after that. A relationship is constant checks and balances and exercise. The opportunity for decision is continuous.

LS and Minder - I was waiting on ya'll to chime in...there are a couple others I know are married to TG's but maybe ya'll havent been on the forum lately..
both mine and the wife's life is way better since we met during the world cup in 2002..in case anyone is curious our age differnce is 1 year (not that it matters)
as far as posts about men running around with the wife at home....well minder posted wonderfully when I asked about going back to LOS with the wife for the first time. I tried to find minders post but cant remember where it was, it related to my query about returning for the first time to LOS with the wife and having a 9 day "hall pass" to do what I wanted and it set my mind at ease..
whatever the situation with any married guys is..as long as you and the wife are content... then good on you...
I couldnt be happier!!!

not that it particulary matters but there is 12yrs between me and my wife. I am 34 and she is 22.
As I say happy as a pig in sh*t, lets hope its the same when I move abroad

I'm also very happy with LG, she is 11-13 years younger, 25-27 to my 38. Her papers list her age as 27, but her Aunt in the US said that she wasn't born yet when she came here in 1980... They don't track these things very well in Laos...
