yep just set a negotiated price for ST or LT prior ! then when satisfied and finished pay em to leave ! or keep em around GFE and re-negotiate for more playtime and taking care of etc

You're going there anyway. There's no need to figure in that cost. That is down to you unless you had to avoid dragging and forcibly frog-marching them back to your place.
Paying up front for P4P is from the West, so anyone from there shouldn't feel any afront whatsoever.
Yes, the usual practice except in most oilies and soapies here is to pay afterwards. But you've also got to remember that these girls have had on occasion to deal with scum and thieves who enter into an agreement and then refuse to pay for some limp reason, knowing that the girl can't report the theft to the police. That's the vulnerability of FL's.
But Go-Go dancers are somewhat different. They have the bar and its network of girls.
I have known it happen down Soi Cowboy where the thief re-appeared foolishly and he was pointed out to every bar along the strip before he could disappear into a bar to hide. And even then, his re-emergence from the bar was awaited so that his face could be remembered and phone calls were made to Nana.
We have to accept that agreeing to accept payment afterwards is a tremendous degree of trust given by the girl, whether it is the norm or not. And if her confidence in the goodwill of others has been somewhat shaken recently and you don't have the behaviour or face of a saint, who can blame her for trying to ensure her financial security.
So, if the lady feels more like a restaurant where you wine and dine and pay afterwards or whether she feels more like a Skytrain or an aeroplane where you pay before the flight, is really up to her.
You don't object to paying for your Big Mac before you eat it.
It might fill you up or you may fall ill of food poisoning.
You don't object to paying for a flight before you take it.
You may arrive at your desired destination or you may crash and burn.
Life goes on.
Whether you pay up front or not is really immaterial unless you are looking for the experience and thrill of a complete stranger putting their complete trust in you before you put your complete thrust in them.
