Yes, yes, of course, I've enjoyed hiking a cool one in Naughty Boy Corner while getting Bobo honked on by an All-Pro Hoover Queen. Fun.

On the same level as The Living Room, there is a single-hole unisex bathroom, servicing the Business Center located in a quiet, non-traffic corner behind the grand staircase adjacent to The Living Room Jazz Bar. The Business Center closes early, so no suspicious eyes.
I suspect this venue is unknown to most of the bar patrons, who will normally be directed to the main bank of restrooms.
The door locks securely. It has a very sturdy marble vanity, at just the right height for mounting my adventuresome wench. Behind the vanity is a large mirror which was nice for watching her face and breasts while f***ing her from behind while standing-up.
The toilet stall is narrow enough that you can steady yourself on the walls, when hiking one of her legs onto the toilet seat and f***ing her from behind.
And... (this is a nice touch) high quality cloth hand towels for cleaning-up the splooge afterward.
I give this one full marks.

The Lobby Lounge Bar Bathroom

Immediately adjacent to the Lobby Lounge Bar, a very uncrowded lounge that closes at 10:00p. We hit it after a late movie at the Emporium let out ("Transformers" did something to her).
Both men's and women's bathrooms are located just off the bar in a side hallway, so no one can see you entering (we selected the men's restroom).
Two urinals and one toilet stall with a full height, floor-to-ceiling door with a secure deadbolt. The toilet stall is the place.
Floor-to-ceiling, jet black marble (walls and floors) and low level "mood" lighting. The back wall in the toilet stall is a full height mirror, to enhance the moment.
Her legs straddling the toilet, my GF could bend over and hold onto the sturdy purse shelf behind the toilet and beneath the mirror while I f***ed her from behind, which gave me a good look at her face and bounding jigglies.

Ok, now I got it... public rooms so to speak not public viewing...
Have you seen Woody Allen's "What you always wanted to know about sex..." There's a couple with the same desire that does it in the fitting room of a dep. store... Very funny... especially with an overstrained woody... How about that?

I would suggest the lift at the Landmark, the one that goes up the outside of the building with a full glass surround.
