- It is a worry, and nort sure what the answer is, I know recently Ive come across a number of 16/17 year olds, all use the sister's ID, but of course by and large, they need/want to make an earn, and are not out to trap anybody, perhaps it pays to take your time with them, definately dont go to any suggested short time hotels, and just sit and chat in the room a while first, - dont know, but surely no drama if someone [ in brown] charged into the room and you were just talking ... ! By and large the girls that are desperate enuff/or put up to 'dobbing" guys in, have been had up for Drug use, as well as being underage, - if apart from looking young, her eyes are pretty spaced out, then definately stay clear -

As I understand it, based on the websites listed earlier in the thread and my own research... I think it would be a crime for the girl only.
I think it is a crime to sell sex if you are under the age of 19.

Boom, if you want to meet some nice, older Thai women (they don't look so old) that will definitely take care of you, let me know and I'll see what I can arrange. My favorite is a lady I knew in Frankfurt (DE) that would always give me a nice, deep massage, let me stay with her, take care of me if I needed, and often pay for meals. I think she does this since she has twice hit the local Thai "lottery" for about EUR 5000 when I've visited her. Maybe she thinks I am good luck. And she is, to me at least, still very attractive.

Yes and no. The girl would get the award for the oldest virgin in Asia and the boy would get punished for, well, um, just because that's what Farangs do. 
Seriously though, it would depend on the situation, brown shirt's possibly deciding there is some money to be had, etc. but more than likely it would be considered as a violation of the law. It would technically make a difference in a rape case but this wouldn't be considered rape but prostitution.
He could maybe get away with it but the second she were to open here mouth, or her handbag and bring up the issue of money, busted!

seubeu - I really appreciate the offer but my reference to "feeding the ducks" was my backhand way of saying I'm already taken. I think older Thai women are an undiscovered treasure.
Not only are they more mature and less likely to go balistic on you but it is easy for younger women to look good but if an older women still looks good she probably had to work somewhat to maintain that.

The thing with all this is, i dont really worrie about it. If you see a girl, say she is 22 in actuall age, she is going to look more like an 16/17 year old anyway.
So just your sences alone, is going to say, hold on a minuite, somehting not right hear, i'll stay away from her, just incase. It is not as though she is going to be the only real stunner in this place.
Just give yourself a pat on the back, and say oh well, cleared that one, who's next. I garrantee that the next bar you walk into, your gonna go, wow anyway, so there really is no need to take the risk in the first place.
