Kargo, you obviously dont want to take any risks and want 'your date' to go as smoothly as planned.
Hmmm..if only everything in Thailand did go according to plan.
In most places, you will not be made to feel uncomfortable if you're with a TG. Atleast not to the point where you lose your temper. These people have seen millions of guys before you in the same situation so you'll be pretty much ignored. Of course you could get the 'look' in a few uppity places, but unless you're a regular there, why let it bother you. Either way you will rarely ever know what the thais are thinking about you.
If you really like the girl but think her dressing leaves something to be desired, take her to MBK or something and buy her a nice dress or something, this will score you major brownie points.
Finally I dont trust mamasans, theyre only human and often recommend girls who they like, not always the ones they think you'll like.
