Perhaps your question is just an honest one and you really can't understand why anyone would choose to pay less than 1000B. But it sounds to me like a judgement on the choices of others (especially when you use the word cheap).
Your 1000B cut off point is completely arbitrary. I might consider you cheap for not spending 3000 or 5000 baht. Really, when you consider it, paying only $100 for a stunning girl is surely worth it. What possible reason can you give me for why 1000B should be the cutoff and not 500 or 5000 or even 10,000?
There are some people (even farang) for whom 500B is not an insignificant amount of money and there is also no reason why the older, less attractive girls should have less right to earn a living than their younger, prettier sisters.

I think as long as the girl is okay with and agrees to the price, be it 500B or 10,000B, I don't have a problem with it. Ý(I am generalizing now) Perhaps those girls who agree to less money are less attractive and/or older, but they do need to make a living too and different people look for diferent things. ÝPerhaps the girls make up for the lack of youth and physical appearance with good attitude and/or experience.
