I'm not actualy saying anything blade, except that you are not saying anything. All that because you want to protect her ID. Simply put if you dont want share your expirence or your success or failures, then dont, nobody will accost you for it. Just how would one go there and see for himself with the so called information that you think is benefiting any of us on this board?

got you there bigin. however, my main intention in providing the info is the price factor being charged on us at a particular establishment-unfortunately went too far in exposing my buddy's emotional side. although i have the girl's contact numbers i just cannot provide it simply because i am not sure the consequences it might entail for all parties involved - now or in future. all of us have different expectations/experience in bed and a great sex for you may not be good enough for others and this matter is purely subjective so i did not go into details of what happened in bed between them. we have all different approach/handle of the situation and since mr.joe gets them for free while root rat is saying they're costing Baht 1,000/- compared to my friend's US$ 200/- bill I am more than happy for both of them than what my friend has shelled out. i'm not that delicate man, but i don't think that witholding the ID of the girl is a gauge whether i'm saying something or not. i guess that mentioning the name of the establishment, price of bf, ST is good enough info (than nothing) so others who want to visit such places already have some sort of a price guideline. no big deal really, Bigin

Actually I didn't say it was free (though on rare occasions it was), I said I didn't pay a fee or bar fine; I spent money on drinks/ food (for freinds of BG as well), an occasinal gift...
And more than what money I spent, I went to a lot of effort to win girls over or seduce them. I'm not saying that's better, it might be nice to save time and trouble and just get the sex, but it's part of the thrill for me; the hunt. For me, when I have some fine looking lady working hard at getting us both off, just because she is into it--that is the ultimate ego trip.
It makes sense to me to pay to get what you want. What doesn't make sense to me is to pay ANY price just to have sex. If someone doesn't want to have sex with you even a tiny bit, how much fun is it going to be? Probably not much; Worth a couple thousand baht if the girl has some good technical skills and a good work ethic, but...
Mind you, now that I'm old, jaded and lazy, I quite like the idea of laying out some cash and lying back to utter a gentle but firm command, "Pleasure me."

I would tend to think, as you and your freind did, that if you have to try that hard and spend that much money, the girl isn't likely to be that much fun. İApparently we are wrong about that, but to get emotionally attached on the basis of that 1/2 hour?
But hey, as his freind, if he "had a good time for such a short time" then indeed you should be happy for him.
MrJoe, for someone who supposedly has such a broad view of what makes women attractive and enjoyable I'm surprised you keep focussing almost exclusively on this 1/2 hour.
Blade's friend has apparently spent much more time with the girl than that and apparently seems to enjoy her company outside of the sex part, which is really much more of a solid basis for a relationship. The sex was really a bonus and a 1/2 hour is really enough time to figure out whether she is a starfish or can get really into it (or fake it well enough).
Getting emotionally attached to a girl you can barely communicate with, now that is something that I can agree is a little extreme. But Blade doesn't appear to be an idiot and has enough knowledge that I'm sure he'll help his friend get over this infatuation without our help.

Blade, of course you did the right thing by not revealing the girl's identity. I don't have a problem with mentioning the name of a random bar girl here and there, but this was obviously an emotional situation and the girl and your friend deserve the respect of having their identities kept private.
$200 for getting this particular girl is not unreasonable at all. It sounds like everyone ended up happy (so far at least  ).

You should not have revealed the females identity or any other information you either did not feel comfortable sharing or pertenant to the your post.
An emotional attachment can happen at any time for any reason. Your friend is luck to have a friend like you watching out for him. But ... if your buddy does not listen to you all you can do is just let him be then.
A co-worker of mine was not able to be "saved". And when I mean saved, he got attached to a Thai working female, and sacrificed his friends, just and family for her.
He was living in a fantasy land and did not wake up til it was too late. Too late is, he got the female pregnant and promised to marry her, even though he had a child and wife back in the U.S, which the Thai female did not know about.
And now, he's not even with her exclusively, but having relationships with other females in Thailand.
Talk about screwed up!!
Anyways, sorry to get off the topic.

Who can corellate emotions with time? Your buddy had a waterfall of love go through his body in a half an hour or so.....good for him!! I don't think its our place to judge.
As for soi 33....been there, and heard that they are the same as nana or patpong chicks, try monroes or piano, violin, etc.
