I certainly don't think there's any argument about that (your last sentence!), of course that'd be rape. Seems to be a popular fantasy in Japanese pornography.
However to return to a subject I am personally more famliiar with; even if you're not forcing someone to do something, and they're doing it consentually, that doesn't automatically mean that they are "making the rules".
Not in my bed anyway hehehehe... 
I'm not even sure there are rules!

All these girls are not the same, they have as varied values and goals as all of us. All different. Paint them all with a very broad brush and you have a very boring hobby.
Having said that, I do have some observations I have made notes on over the few years I have been coming here. This seems as good a place as any...
1. Thinking that every action these girls take is for the ultimate goal of getting your money is incorrect, and if you believe that, you will miss out on some great times with some fun girls.
2. All things being equal (money, age, face potential), a Thai girl would rather be with a Thai guy than a foreigner, regardless of what she says. This is not an absolute, but the exceptions are very few and very far between.
3. A BG will very quickly sense how much of a free-spender you are, and usually act accordingly.
4. Criticizing that they are all lying all the time is unfair - many only lie to make you feel good, or tell you the answer you want to hear. They are in the customer-service business, where the complete and whole truth is not always the best approach.
5. It is a waste of both of your time to be asking a BG questions that require them to think about what you want to hear before they answer. Once you understand that, dealing with them gets a LOT easier, trust me. Another way to look at it is that lying and stealing are supposedly both serious character flaws, yet BGs tell me half-truths and lies all the time, but I have also never been with a BG who stole anything from me. And I've told lots of lies in Thailand, but I have never stolen anything. Go figure.
6. On a Thai girl moving out of Thailand, the best quote I heard is from Dew. "If Thai lady tell farang man she want to make home outside Thailand, and man believe? That man 'not finish stupid' (her cute way of saying someone is stupid). Thai girl can go Amerika or England for holiday or school, and can stay maybe one month or two month. But Thai lady want to have home Thailand. For sure." That said, the amount of money you have or the sacrifices she thinks she must make in order to make you happy will have an effect on what she says to you, but don't be fooled into thinking she would rather live in your country than Thailand.
7. Many actions of Thai girls will seem illogical and nonsensical to us. Only when we begin to understand 'face' and 'kreng jai' will we scratch the surface of understanding how they tick.
8. Many actions we take will seem illogical and nonsensical to Thai girls. And the fact that we have so little notion of 'face' and 'kreng jai' is even more nonsensical to them.
9. Just because a Thai girl is poor and her family leeches off of her, it does not mean she is miserable. She might be quite happy and content. We cannot understand this because we are not Thai.
10. GoGo girls who wear sneakers (trainers, gym shoes, etc.) outside of their work are more fun, more easygoing and better in bed.
11. For most BGs, Thai is their second language, and Thai is not spoken in the home where they grew up.
12. A BG will view you as being most 'improper' (to put it lightly) if you interfere with her business with other customers, or you demand accountability from her and her personal life when you are her customer. Best solution - stay out of her personal life, it is hers and she will share it with you if she wants.
13. You will have a much better time in Thailand, and get more respect from BGs if you do not let any of them tell you want to do on your holiday. When you see them should be 'up to you', not them. If they are not available when you want, then remember... in Thailand, you never miss the girl, you only miss your turn.
14. You can bullshit all BGs all of the time if you are consistent with your bullshit (Thanks BK).

CGs rules are top of the notch as always,  some just helped me to understand a current BG loving conflict I have...
There is this one rule that came into my mind after thinking about my lurning curve and getting a better understanding of some of my mixed experiences...
It's not a rule of dealing with bargirls though - besides you are a bargirl...
And here it is:
Going to LOS doesn't make you another person, your demons will take the very same flight...
And your encounters will be as erotic as you are able to make them...
You may behave differently, you probably do things you don't (as in cannot) do at home, but you will also bring along all your skills and your weaknesses (as in incompetence) with you.
Base line: the more you are the captain of your life, even in terms of every day's street life, the better you can conquer LOS. The less you have learned to take good care of yourself and of what you let people do to you, the more you might have mixed experiences in LOS...

What is it about #10 and the sneakers. I know from experience that it is generally true, but why? Is it that they are more 'laid back' (pardon my pun).
My current girl only ever wears stiletto at night, and regular high heels during the day. I remember only once seeing her in sandals & never sneakers....and yes, what a starfish she was. I kept going back because she was so damn beautiful, finally fixed the starfish problem in a big way, but she still don't wear sneakers.
That's good because it might keep down monger competition LOL.
As for your other rules, they are bang on the money IMHO.
I might add
#? When a TG tells you they love you, it is not love as you understand it, but they can genuinely be in love with you in their Thai way (again pardon the pun)...you could spend a lifetime trying to work out the differences.

Great logic! I've learned to do this the last few years. But usually if I dont ask about her life, she will ask about mine. TBGs have an ability to listen and learn my habits and then spread rumors about other bgs to control their territory.
If CG would allow me to include a rule amendment:
12.5 After following rule 12: If BG gets attached and jealous, stay away from the drama and rumors about other girls. Stay focused and have fun.

Say CG, how much do you think your very astute, insightful and unerringly correct list of 14 points has cost you over the years.
And I do not mean it negatively, because I am sure your education has been pleasurable. But on a per point basis, how much did it take to learn such wisedom.
I think some things you could tell guys but still they have to learn it the hard (expensive?) way.
Hopefuly they believe what you have given for free.

# 12.5 is on the money. I am going through this crap my last two tours, including various TBGs (read ex regulars & friends) ringing my current regular and revving her up about my butterfly activities. Funny part is I've got a little sick of butterflying, so I haven't really bothered with other girls.
