Marco, you have made a very valid point. But remember that Mr. Joe is only clarifying to a previous post that suggested that it was not possible. Mr. Joe has stated that he is not sitting on judgement and that we all have our preferences. Personally speaking I feel the same way that you do. With a non-P4P I feel it would be cheap not to treat her well (gifts, good dinner etc) and end up spending more.

Of course I was not refering to Mr Joe in the "who can get more freebies competition". As he said it all depends on what you want and what turns you on.
Only some turn it into "I don't need to pay for sex" i.e "those paying are just stupid or ugly". Those really miss the point.

Simon: Thanks for correctly confirming my intention. I agree completely with Marco that it is ridiculous to get into some kind of contest about who has done it or how well -- which is why I didn't do that and indeed the reason I didn't comment on this issue before was to avoid the appearance of either endorsing that behavior or boasting about it.
I actually have more to say on this subject and it seems to largely match the view of you and others but strangely some people get quite defensive or upset about this topic or assume that it IS boasting so I shall withhold comment.

To add to what Smegma says, you should publish your memoirs of a wild bachelor in Bangkok in two versions. A private version with explicit details and contact nos and a watered-down version with all names changed to NID and NOK for publishing as a book. Besides, a few years later you can publish a sequel - memoirs of a married man !
