There are such places and I even remember some advertised in tourist guides (not LP but another popular one).
Only don't twist the reality in "being paid by Hiso girl to have sex with them" when it is "being a whore for butt ugly 40+ girls who cannot get laid anywhere else".
And as some pointed out a majority of the male gigolos have to cater to both males and females.
