That one (back massager) I picked up in Tokyo for 10 USD... honestly, compared to all the other jack rabbits and other misc toys, this one gets the biggest thumbs up and lots cheaper than the rabbits. It is great by itself or combined with the other toys.
What I neglected to do was acquire the variety of silicon attachments that turn this into a true multi-tasking device. Can't seem to find them in chinatown so guess I have to get a lay-over in Japan next trip.

make sure you get them with a 220v 50hz charger so they will work in Thailand, the ones you showed above were 110v
