Malls near the university are best places to look for students. MBK and Siam Square is the old favorite. In fact, this reminds me of a story from one member, who pretended to ask for directions from a student. He then proposed having some coffee and "conversation" in his room. The girl replied, with a price, "1500 okay?", he agreed, and they walked to his room, on the way, the girl asked, "can I invite my friend too?". Sure!

Yes I know the schools my ex step daughters went there. On the other hand in the Philippines 20 year olds were chatting me up no ground work needed. Then again my 18 yr old son and wanted to know how I knew those young girls. But if you can do it go for it.
