I was walking on Soi cowboy and killing some time until I was to meet up with a buddy. I went into one of the smaller bars there and met this 31 year old non dancer. We started talking and she seemed more intelligent and independent than most. Here was a women I wanted to get to know what was between her ears than what was between her legs. We talked for about 30 minutes and I bought her a couple of drinks. I never brought up the idea of barfines but she said she didn't let men barfine her. She said she didn't want to make her money that way (even though she has a 14 year old daughter and 11 year old son being raised in Korat by her parents). She has even built a house for her parents and plans to build a house for herself and her kids. She worked in the construction industry before. She says the only thing she does is stay in her apartment and work.
I told her I wanted to get to know her better and asked her out. She accepted and we have been out twice. She hasn't asked me for money but she wants to take things slowly.
Have any of you guys ran into a similar situation? Met a bar girl you wanted to get to know before you bedder her? I guess I can be a bit of a romantic a heart.

No, but met a BG that was apparently 'off the market' once.
I was with my regular and a mate in her bar and she introduced me to her friend - a very attractive BG. According to my regular "she hab husband in England, she no work....your fran can can buy drink, cannot barfine".
All I could think is maybe he had her fitted with an old fashion chastity belt before he went back to the old dart.
Cynical me thought, perhaps all BS and it was period time. I never saw that one again, so I don't know for sure.

Hope to get some advice from the good brethren here.
I know this MP girl for abt a year or so. We went out after her work recently and spent 2 enchanting nights together. Funny thing is, she refused to accept any money from me. I had to practically shove 3,000 baht in her hands (yeah, I know, I'm a Cheap Charlie but I had no clue what to do then).
