Excellent! So I changed BKK Hotels (at a great personal discomfort to myself). She downloaded my phone book awhile back so she knows all my Thai customers. She called some of them pretending to work for me and told them she had to contact me. She then stalked out the new hotel, took notes of who went in and out with me, or to my room and then e mailed me the details. Can you beleive this. The next thing I expect to see is a "boiled rabbit" sent to my room. I am afraid I will just have to take your advice and inform the venues that I frequent, that she is bothering me and let the chips fall were they may. I hope you dont read about me one day in the Bangkok Post.

Given this, even changing your US Mobile number probably won't work. She would just use a similar ploy and get the new number.

2 baht worth of armchair advice...
a) change your US number (as well as all others) and advise everyone it was because of identity theft. Work or no work, you need to break this up.
b) advise all Thai customers etc. that you are having a serious problem with mistaken identity in Thailand and a female is stalking you unwarranted. Ask them to please not give out information about where you stay or your travel plans without checking with you first. It may help to put this in writing in Thai to ensure the message is properly relayed to these people.
c) change your habits and "friends" in LOS. Cut yourself off completely from anyone who knows her or associates with her. Stay at a new hotel each time, go to completely different venues, restaurants etc for at least 6 months.
c) hire TPE 2 or other gumshoe to get everything on her- where she is working, staying, associating with.
d) if you cannot gain the time and distance then and only then, consider heavy handed tactics.
e) IMO, you don't need to talk to a psychiatrist to confirm she is nutz. Accept the fact that she is. Stop feeling sorry for her - she needs help but not from you ever again.
Some of this may seem like drastic measures but if what she is capable of seems bad now, she could get worse.

Seriously, what you describe does NOT sound that out of place, or far fetched when it comes to some Thai girls -- You eventually will invariably come upon a girl, every now and then, that exhibits this kind of behavior - in more less the same intensity (some less, some more, but about the same M.O.).
If the other girls laugh it off, maybe you should too -- otherwise, to quote a bit of Thai advice "You think too much"
