A coffee shop near Sukhumvit soi 15th. Walked by this place today with friends. A LOT of freelance girls there, many above average too. Anyone tried the girls here? What's the price range and is the hotel on top avaible for ST? what's the cost?

The high end is out of my price range, but there are some advantages to these girls and I am not entirely convinced that you could never get one cheaper. First of all, they have some decent looking ladies here that actually dress up a little bit better than most BGs. The drinks are also much lower at Thermae than in the regular bars exclusive of happy hour. These girls are not nagging for drinks and most are not interested in hanging out to drink. They want to bag a customer and then go home or go back to bag another one. Finally, you can pick them up quite late at night since they hang out outside after the bar closes. I could not give you a specific time when all the girls leave, but I have walked by at 3 AM and seen some of them still outside the bar.
Part of the high cost is due to the Japanese influence there. I do know that these ladies are particular and was quite surprised the second time I ventured there and a long time expat friend of mine was flatly turned down for service. I have never tried to take a lady out of here, and have only ventured there a couple of times, so cannot give you much more information. I am sure that others can shed some more light on the matter, however.

One more point to note, is that there is no bar fine involved. What is quoted is the total price (unless you have decided to give them taxi fare as well).

as has been said in other threads concerning the "new" thermae, a large proportion, i.e. most of the hotter girls who are towards the back of the place, go with our Nippon brothers only.
in fact there are rumors to the effect that many of the girls there have agreed to only go with guys of that nationality....
So knockbacks in there to farangs are quite common, as is the 2000B+ ST rate.

Was there last night and it was packed, TGs and customers.
What I thought was interesting was that the Japanese customers have now confidently and definitely spread out throughout the bar, instead of mostly hanging in the back where it appeared that the go-only-with-Japanese girls linger (several would not even make eye contact with me). And the Japanese were at least 80% or more of the customers there. I have never seen that before.
The selection of girls looked more or less the same, with some manga-like cuties obviously trying to appeal to the Japanese, but also other, regular FLs who look no different than the ones you find at BG7 or Liguids, etc. I question whether the Japanese would take these type of FLs. But now these girls are sitting surrounded by the Japanese too, instead of old white falangs with whom they might have a chance.
Which means, to my mind, that if the place continues to be dominated by the Japanese, which is likely, then there is going to have to be a corresponding shift in the type of girls that go there, because I doubt that the latter category is going to see much action. I got a lot of (desperate?) attention from this group.
