I think one of the first places I will go to is Thermae on my next trip....
I need to get a reality check that I am not really "Hansun man" so I will head for the Japanese only ones and see them run away 
After that the next 3 weeks will be fine, I can get my rejections over with all in one day
I really do not blame the girls, they know what they want, and its also a social thing, they cannot be seen going with falang, if you ran into them somewhere else it might be a different story....
Its all in the game.....

BKK dreaming, There is a korean karoke bar next to Manhattan hotel, where they don't entertain other than korean. This very bad. similarly, Tharmae is free place, and Nippon friends made their curtail system in the business here also. I don't blame them, it is the same scene in Manila as well.

There are about 15 Thai karaoke bars where I live in a 2 block area, and they are fun. There is no extra cost for the girls to be with you, and sing, they are just working for drinks, at bt40, or sell bottles, with mixers, and to be taken home, with no barfine. They are selective though, and not many will go with a foreigner, or some of the Thais. They'll entertain inside the club, but not many will leave with you, especially if you live outside the immediate area. I've been in 7 of the clubs at different times, and not seen any other foreigners. I get treated very nice after they find out I live in the area.
If they do go with you the cost is about bt1500 ST, and bt2000 LT, but that is negotiatable, and I wasn't interested at the time. From what I understand repeat business gets cheaper prices.

It's still pretty much the same. Pretty girls, mostly preferring the Japanese clientele, and most of them not wanting to go for LT sessions, only ST. Fridays and Saturdays are the busiest as the non-regular girls will show up as well.

Someone once asked about ladyboys in Thermae. Well, so far, I have not seen any inside Thermae. As you enter from the front, you will see some stickers on the righthand side of the door which basically says, no cameras, no outside drinks and no ladyboys (lit. "type 2 girls" in Thai). There are some hanging around outside the bar by the sidewalk, so do be aware of that.
