Peter brock was an icon, hence the reason why all us aussies, write, share and are discussing our thoughts and feelings about his passing.
In some way most of us feel a loss with his passing as it is not just the death of a talented race car driver, but a loss of part of our culture, memories and identity & not to mention the guy was a bloody good bloke!
Creating some political analogy that we should be discussing the guy in NT is total sH*t...
People die in tragic circumstances everyday from all walks of life, but it is a simple fact of life that the only ones that are discussed are the one's who leave their footprint on a cultures history (as brock has)
We are discussing it because its important to us, aussies live and die by mateship, teamwork and an ability to pack a punch above our weight! Kokoda, gallipoli & the fact that we are the best sporting nation per capita in the world.. Ever wondered why aussies are top 4 in the summer olympics despite only having a population of 20 mil, well all the before mentioned post reflect that, proud, determined and a sense of loyalty to our country and fellow aussie's, RIP brockie!

Again you are drawing a deluded analogy, first you try and draw some kinda warped comparision between the plight of aboriginal people being disadvantaged in a white caucasian society & an our right to express sympathy over a aussie icon dying tragically.
Now your drawing stupid comparisions between people arguing over how much the avg price of ST is in pattaya low season & our patriotism.

Yes Have to agree with Yurune, that there a lots fights here are mostly from the Aussie members, maybe its a pissing contest what ever, or mine is bigger than yours ect...........at the end of the day, most of us will say hell its only a forum / fun and have a beer.
But some still take it to heart, well thats up to them !
At the end of the day we are all members here and its a great forum. Enjoy !
