You're asking if the city of Pattaya located a 2.5hr drive south east of the protests in the city of Bangkok has had its saftey compromised ? 
Honestly, 99% of Bangkok remains unchanged, as safe (or unsafe) as it always has been, not sure why the effects would be felt in Pattaya.
The safety of young woman has been compromised in Pattaya because they close soi 6 until 6pm now, i'm guessing beach road is packed tightly from lunch onwards now !!!!
