SC got raided by 25 police boys for pis tests and other place, I was in Q bar at 1AM, got closed.

On the other hand pressure on the MPs seems to have relaxed... not the high-profile Ratchada joints so much, but many of the less visible houses are opening earlier. Don't try to figure it out... can't be done.

I am a bit confused by recent posts talking about 1.00am closing. I know it is relatively new (last 2 weeks) and relatively selective.
It seems to be restricted to very farang orientated places like NEP, Cowboy, Q bar, Bed... is that right?
I certainly havent been anyway in the past 2 weeks that has been forced to shut at 1.00am (but then again, I havent been out in bkk much these last 2 weeks).
Does anyone really know what is going on?

Abrak, it did not start 2 weeks ago, just 4 or 5 days ago. have heard more stories of 1 AM closing outside the by you mentioned areas. Can not confirm from own experience but will keep checking and give an update.
It still surprises me that so few other board members are reacting to this news. Previous it created a storm when it was even mentioned.
Did they make us getting used to it first and are now starting to enforce?
Without all the public attention it previously created?
