Out of curiosity I just had a look at the Forbes richest people list and Thaksin doesn't appear (Three Thai billionaires in the 2-4 billion US$ range).
Wonder why? He's always referred to as a billionaire, but has he dispersed all his assets in preparation for this day? Or maybe he's just a baht-billionaire?
Maybe they just don't include world leaders? So we can look forward to seeing him on next years list... or maybe not.
