Not as much a LOSER as the Auzzie education system.
It came in U$D from the transaction. This was one of the reasons for the strength in the THB ample U$D reserves because of this buy and the buy of major stake in a Thai Bank by GE Credit corp.
I doubt he would be able to exchange the U$D for either Euro or Pounds until he got it out of the country without raising red flags.

I have only been there 1 time, and that was 20 years ago.
Parts of the country are truly beautiful.

Cook your books and overstate earnings to get more, more, and even more investors suckering in on the common stock climbs, then gradually build the name or goodwill brand and prop that up too until you get no mans land of riduculous wealth built in C stock equity vs your real asset, positive cash flows and sales incoming. Understate liabilities and taxes due in long term deferrals and they will never trace it.
Yep many many suckers are still thinking they out manuver the old money banks that fishes corporations like derivatives in a hedge fund.
