Afterall the slaughter of African on African is completely insignificant where you put it next to European history. You only have to look at one 6 year period in the last centuary from 1939 to 45 when over 35 million were slaughtered in Europe by Europeans, then maybe you might consider the genocide of the turks against the armenians, the genocide in Bosnia, srbrenica, kosovo, the insanity that lead to the first world war and the millions slaughtered - just a few examples but it highlights that when it comes to slaughtering the Europeans are the masters. Ohh actually I see you said it doesn't matter as they were casualties of war, wel I guess war is a very civilised way to kill.
And then of curse you might want to consider all the slaughter, rape and pilage of the European colonial period.
The africans couldn't rape and slaugter then they were too busy being shiped on slave boats to the Americas. And what did the colonial powers do when they found out appox 50% of the slaves would die on each trip? Just cram double the amount of slaves on board of course!
Anyway seeing as you are such an expert in Africa I wondered why you didn't mention Rwanda in your examples of mass slaughter which I suspect you have virtually no knowledge.
In fact as you mention previously that African are lazy and will not help themselves, how many of these Africans do you actually know of that are not prepared to help themselves. I call tell you about a number of westeners I know that fit that description very well.

I certainly hope Hermanolobo or his (imaginary) source informed Scotland Yard of the compassionate terrorist's warning. If the guy had definite knowledge of an attack that would take place 2-3 years later, he must have been very high up in the leadership of al Qaida. Or maybe he was a member of the U.K. sleeper cell that actually planted the London bombs. Think of how many lives could have been saved!
On the other hand, if you mean it was a general warning regarding the vulnerability of public transportation, and underground systems in particular, that's been talked about at least since WW I. Back in 1969, my U.K. Gran warned me not to ride the London Underground because it was so dangerous. That had to be much more prescient than Brother Wolf's compassionate terrorist. A warning more than 35 years inadvance is spooky enough to warrant an episode of the [Twilight Zone.
The tales of compassionate terrorists have their roots in classical myths that date back thousands of years and have resurrected in one form or another over the centuries. I'd be very careful about calling other posters "thick"when you believe an urban myth.

I might not claim any indepth knowledge about Africa but still feel it's the"lost continent" in our world. U can't just point at european wars and look there for an explanation why Africa just doesn't seem to be able to thrive, or people there stop mass murdering each other. Or can U?
