This is starting to remind me of when a South East Asian corporation wanted to get a casino on the Las Vegas strip. Everyone was so friendly to the business deal, they helped with everything, warmly welcoming the people into the business. 3 months after the deal was done, the company went bankrupt, when the whole attitude changed, and they ran them out of business, buying the casino back at a much reduced price......lolol.
