they are good at cosmetic changes and annoncing crackdown and ridiculous "no pocket" mesures (as if the workers who steal place the luggages they steal in their pockets? or maybe the 1000s of airport trolley that got stolen, they placed them in their pockets?)
But where are the arrests and investigation on the case of the police officers who runned the tourits thieve scam? Where is Mr Tony? Oh, no, no have, have pink and purple cushions instead...and touts are welcome to come back as often as they want as long as they pay their 1000 baht "fine" (so that now they will have to scam extra money out of tourist to fill police pockets on top of their own....smart move from AOT really)
