Red Bull owner is Thailand's richest

Chaleo Yoovidhya becomes Thailand's richest person for the third year according to Forbes' wealthiest list released on Friday, with a net worth $4 billion.
Mr Chaleo, 77, owns 49% of Red Bull energy drink. Last year, Red Bull launched new all-natural Red Bull Cola, which has helped boost sales 8%.
Dhanin Chearavanont, who heeds agribusiness conglomorate Charoen Pokphand Group, is the country's second richest person. He has a net worth $3 billion. The group operates 5,000 7-Eleven stores in the country and CP Foods, one of Asia's biggest food producers.
Following Mr Dhanin is the Chirathivat family, who is recorded with a net worth $2.9 billion. The family owns Central Retail and 60% stake in listed developer Central Pattana.
The fourth and fifth richest persons are Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, with a net worth $2.8 billion, and Krit Ratanarak, with a net worth $1.2 billion.
Mr Charoen is the founder of Thai Beverage, the maker of top-selling Chang beer and whiskey. He also owns Bangkok's tech-mall Pantip Plaza and Hotel Plaza Athenee New York.
Mr Krit is scion of Ratanarak family, who runs Bangkok Broadcasting & TV and has stakes in Bank of Ayudhaya and Siam City Cement.
Fugitive former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra again makes the list. With a net worth $390 million, he ranks no.16 this year
