Actually getting anal sex is easy if you warm up with the girl.
Off course if you go to a bar and your second question is "anal", then she will go in block mode and decline.
My strategy is to go out with her, fill her up a bit, (don't get her to drunk) and then be slow. This way I had a couple of anal virgins before.
I would personally rate about 6/10 girls "can" do anal if you take your time with her, and 2/10 "will" do anal if asked from the start.
