After dealing with Katoys in my home country, I used to say I can recognize them 100% every time... fool that I was...
But then I run into two "girls" in BKK and only noticed after quite some time that they were not.
The usual signs (Size, voice box, facial structure, large hand/feet, long hair, huge silicon breats, deep voice, hip movement) are good indicators to filter out 90% of all katoys, but then there remains a certain minority that can really be difficult to identify!

Arguing and physical aggressions, can lead to serious personal harm however, and feigning insanity works far better IMHO. Please keep one hand over wallet while engaging in Mock Hysteria however.
