Another thought - the white elephant game ----
All the TG's in a circle and all the Bro's draw a number.
Number #1 selects a TG.
Number #2 selects a TG and either keeps her or trades with #1.
Number #3 selects a TG and either keeps her or trades with No. #1 or No. #2.
This continues until the last number has been called.
Then No. #1 can trade with anyone.
Would work even better if all the TG's were deposited in another room so you would not see who you selected.
This is beginning to sound like "Who's on First" so I will quit while I might be ahead! -

It may well have been done before, but why not something like a draw.. whoever brings an eligible contestant gets dropped in the barrell, only those that play the game are part of it, relatively early in the evening all is drawn, otherwise you all know what will happen... and there it is... after that it is each for their own.. but a few may stick.. who knows
Venues... anywhere with a good happy hour policy... even a 33 bar. Then again, midnight has the action that most would want even if you attend without a participant and happy hours are good if my memory is in gear....
Bar fining anyone, anywhere for me may be a problem... May well lose what little balls I have... but it is tempting and the final choice of venue will make my ultimate decision.

Let the brethren draw up a list of the top say 30 sluts in BKK. Finalise a list of these honies. Allocate these equally to each brother who intends to be there. Their responsibility will be to bring said babe (s) to the anointed meeting place. Then we will have- after a fashion - a quality control regime in place and a known set of lovelies there to be had!
