Cowboys, man what an example of how you can buy talent but not a team....
The playoff's should be fun to watch, as this year any team can win...

The Eagles have a lot of talent, but have been under-achievers most of the time. Every once in a while their talent shines through. It helps a lot that they got rid of the trouble-maker TO, who not coincidently was playing for the Cowboys when they got slaughtered.

I knew you were and I am sorry man...I loved them so much as a kid under Landry...my favorite player growing up was Drew Pearson the reciever in the Staubach days...I think he may have gone a year or two into Danny White's days but am not sure..
Funny story, the last time my dad gave me a spanking was when he was having a cocktail party and Dwight Clark caught that pass from Montana to win the NFC title for the 49er's and go to the superbowl....I cried so loud in the middle of the party...and didnt stop...so I got a whippin' after everybody left...I deserved it as it had to be embarrasing as hell for him in front of his co-workers....
Funny stuff, I think I was 10 and I will never forget it 
But Jerry Jones is too much of a hands on owner and he needs to leave the calls to a real GM...but I guess money talks and he has it!

I lived in Dallas for about 9 years, and I can tell you that it has a serious immigration problem.
A lot of people have been coming across the border from Arkansas and Oklahoma and now live in Dallas. The worst among them are Jerry Jones and Barry Switzer (who fortunately was deported back to OK).

Yeah, and what's so sad is a lot of our high school football players are doing the opposite.
They are crossing the borders to play elsewhere.

That's OK. Now that SMU, TCU, and A&M quit paying their players, UT can get their share of recruits.
The ones who go to OU had better make the pros, because they won't be able to sell insurance for a living if they move back to Texas.

i have money on Flroida... I think the SEC style of defense will get to OU. OU is not used to actually working so hard for points.... will be interesting to see if Bradford can work his way up the field and not get frustrated.

That's easy to say now that OU's star running back DeMarco Murray with 1002 yards this season is out of the game becasue of injuries.

I should have gone into more detail.... I am not sure OU has the speed to hold up against Flroida. Florida's defense may prove too fast for anything OU send their way. Besides, OU is deep in running backs.
