I hear a bj bar is going to open there too. Just like in Thailand. You can get a bbbj and than cross the street and have a nice steak at Sizzler.
I just got back from the Grove and the Strip. Very few Asians on the strip, mostly farangs. However, the Grove was loaded with Koreans, Pinays, and Khmer girls. I even got a couple of phone numbers. That place is hot with Asian girls and they were very friendly.

Edit: It's a shame the Stone doesn't draw better. I like the look of the place, the staff is friendly and it has a real bar that you can pull up a few barstools at. If I were looking to open a restaurant/bar, I would look more closely at some of the minimalls to the east that have sizable empty parking lots at night.
Agree about Stone. Much more laid back than KT or Kao Dtom. Spent one night upstairs at a Birthday party for a friend of a friend, and I guess this is a VIP room-situation.
We were required wristbands on this night and I've not seen anyone but bar-staff head up those stairs any other occasion.
On my way now to Panang/Thai Angles having just been to Ban Pai...
