SoCal Brothers,
I am going to be moving to the LA area and I am looking to rent somewhere and than I will buy property in 1-2 years. I want somewhere small, simple, and in a decent area. If any of you have any leads, please let me know.

I am moving from a lifetime in OC to either Fairfax (where I have a bungalow being offered by a family I know) or Sawtelle. I understand Sawtelle is loaded with J-Girls. Either way, the Westside is only 10" form my school (as opposed to over an hour where I am know) and the Westside seems to be loaded with alot of hot young honry suseptible Asian girls. I am only a stone's throw from Thaitown, Little Tokyo, K-Town, C-Town, and La Tierra de las Putas.
I will have my shag-pad set up nice by August and I will even have an Israeli SEAL as my nieghboor. When the black-Hispanic riots occur in the next two years, we will be ready to hold the high ground of La Cienaga.

I'll stay away from the homeless in SM, but I will venture beyond the 405 to Sawtelle to f*** the Japanese students and workers. Otherwise, Johnny's is as Far East as I will get.
