Didn't yours come with instructions?
It is a big cumbersome contraption that among other things has 4 big blades (horizontally leveled). It works by tying each one of your arms and legs to each blade and rotating you over the other part of the machine(some are motorized - others need human help for the rotary movement).
Now you have got the idea of why it is called heli-blade; because it works like the blades of a helicopter.
Wait there is more.
Once you are tied up and suspended, they lower you into a huge horse shaped dick that stands vertically; Hence the percheron-equus part of the name.
Once the dildo is inserted (males have only one option, whereas lucky females get a choice of hole), the fun begins. As you are suspended, the blades rotate in tone direction, while the dick twists around in the other direction.

Of course, I always thought of you using it on others. You can also use it yourself, but you will need some help getting it to work. Lowering yourself into the percheron-equus part is difficult when tied, not to mention painful if you aim badly.
Some models have a dripping pan to collect all the blood and insure you do not stain the carpet.
