I went to bed feeling good. No headaches or dizziness and when I woke up in the morning. I tried to get out of bed and damn near couldn't move. It was a WTF moment and I knew at that moment my life had changed and not in a way I was going to like. I was admitted to our local hospital.s stroke trauma unit where it was determined I had a stroke.
The MD told me I was lucky, I had a minor stroke and with month's of rehab, I should regain most of my pre stroke capabilities. Every thing that was easy is now very difficult to accomplish.

My BCCT quiz mate had a minor stroke in Bangkok. Was told to lay off the booze and the bad food. He did...to a certain extent. That was 3-4 years ago and he is still fine. Sure it will be the same with you.
