Actually some girls like to see their faces on websites. It's a very good PR medium.
I know a twin couple from Pattaya Soi 6 who thank their popularity mostly from online promotion by punters.
Also bar girls get a lot of promotion through their employers' website. Think about Buffalo Bar, where punters can pre-choose girls before coming to THailand.
