This does pose a conundrum, of course - what if you say, as in your example, that TPE looks like Sean Connery - so, you are clear, *IF* he does not look like Sean Connery, but if someone who knows him and knows he looks like Sean Connery points that out, or agrees with it -- then that's reason for banning.
But what, if for example, someone else knows that TPE does not look like Sean Connery, and points that out, would that not also be a certain reason for a banning, then - after all, by eliminating what he does not look like, would that not also provide a sort of identification, and this outing?
Darn, this stuff is complicated.

No, that does not. It does not really narrow down all the possibilities. Let's say, there are 10 possibilities, and you eliminated 9 of them, then yes. But if you just said, he is not one of the 10 possibilities, it doesn't mean anything. However, if 8 other guys could say that he doesn't look like the 8 other possibilities, and if that narrows it down to that one possibility, then all the 8 guys and you would have to be banned.

What about the cases of already banned members? What if I said that such picture reminds me (just reminds me, I am not saying that is him) of Dizzy, for this example a made up name (there has never been a member by that name) of a member who would have been banned?

Cool -- though what if I jokingly referred to Dizzy (thank you for the phantom member) as looking like Brad Pitt (which he does not even remotely resemble), yet then Dizzy goes and gets plastic surgery making him a spitting image of Brad Pitt - something that is being vehemently commented on at the next Toxic meeting.
Could I then get retroactively banned for, in retrospect, outing Dizzy for looking like Brad Pitt?
