Does anybody has experience which what is allowed to take in the hand luggage from Bangkok to Phuket. I now that liquids are not allowed and this is not a problem for me. But I have to take a tube of special car paste with me. And I don’t have checked luggage to put it in. Are they very strict on the domestic airport or are some things possible to take with me.

When I went through Phuket Airport I was instructed to read the sign indicating no liquids, creams, gels, etc... I had all that stuff in my bag and nobody stopped me. No problems either on my way out of Bkk en-route to Incheon. However, on my way out of Incheon, ALL passanger bags were hand searched and all my stuff was confiscated. Maybe Bkk will become more strict as time passes. My recommendation is to check it in to be on the safe side.

I'm sure you will, when you check in Seriously, don't be a dork - the regulations are pretty clear. Get yourself a small bag, stuff your stuff that you need in there, and only carry the absolute essentials in your carry on. I'm far more concerned about carrying on my laptop, than my toiletries, or pastes.
