Just had a typhoid shot at my local hospital (Bangkok 460 baht +250 baht consultation fees etc.). I asked about the oral vaccine (4 capsules taken every second day or something like that) but while the doctor knew about it she couldn't tell me for sure where to get it. One problem might be that the capsules need to be stored under refrigeration so the regular vaccination might be more reliable in Thailand but l understand your problem with that. She did say that it's a vaccination few Thai's ever get so perhaps a large international hospital like Bumrungrad that has many overseas patients would be the place to ask. I think they have a link on their website where you can e-mail them questions so maybe try that.
The other vaccination always worth considering is Hep A and Hep B. In the west you get it as a combined vaccine known as TwinRix, 3 shots over six months for full effect, not cheap but good for ten years (typhoid is usually 3 years). Not sure if it is available in Thailand or if you still have to take separate shots but again try asking Bumrungrad.
I saved you the time and called Bumrungrad Hospital for you. They only have the injection form not the oral. My guess is if they don't have it you can't get it in Thailand.
