i just got a bit of a shock this evening when I opened the most recent box of Cialis I bought from KS a month ago. All 4 pills in the blister packs did not have the logo engraved on them and upon closer inspection, the yellow colouring of the pills looked a bit off and there were some barely visible bluish green specks especially evident on one of the pills. Suspicious, I went on the net to look for how to spot a fake and found that the batch number printed on the blister packs was actually deemed to be counterfiet, confimed by medical reports all over the net. One of the links is below. Gee I always have trusted the folks at KS but apparently even the legit pharmacys were gyped and they probably dont even know that they are selling fakes. This post has nothing against KS (like I said I personally like the place alot, especially that cutie A ;) ), but buyers just beware and take a closer look at what you are buying. See the link below and take note of the 2 batch numbers that are confirmed to be counterfeit. These numbers are printed on the box covers as well as on the foil blister packs. Cheers then.

and it's only printed (C20) on one side of the pill
but, in the blister, it can be upside down
then you dont see the logo
but they all look yellow, no other color

Tongkat Ali is a herb extracted from a tree found in Malaysia, Sumatra, and Borneo. It comes as either powder or extract.
Extract is recommended at either a 50:1 or 100:1 concentration.
It can be found over the internet at many locations (for exmaple) :

You could google for more locations.
It is also found in a product called Libidus, also available worldwide over the internet.
As it is a herbal item you will not find it in a pharmancy but you may try a Chinese Medicine Shop in Chinatown.
